Kim Stacie Voskuil has taken a proactive role in championing the rights of individuals with disabilities and spearheading systemic transformations within school districts to foster inclusivity and safety for everyone. Demonstrating unwavering dedication, she has focused on ensuring school personnel comprehend the nuances of Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) as it relates to individuals with disabilities. Moreover, she has held the position of President on the executive board for The Arc of Calhoun County and actively participated in multiple parent advisory boards, District Advisory Councils, and Transition Councils.

Her extensive professional background spans diverse educational landscapes, ranging from large inner-city districts such as Muskegon Public, Cincinnati Public, and Battle Creek Public, to smaller rural districts like Bellevue Community Schools and Olivet Community Schools. Her wealth of experience has been shared through presentations at numerous state, county, and local professional development events. Embracing the mantra “Happy People are good for kids,” she remains committed to empowering educators to excel in their daily efforts for the benefit of children, while promoting a secure and positive school climate for all.
