- Provides expert, independent review – through funding by the State of Michigan
- Increases public support and cooperation while decreasing public concern
*Includes: Evaluation of the Board Polices, the Emergency Operations Procedure, environmental/culture of each building, physical safety and security, emergency training and drills of each building, and safety equipment used in each building, presenting Public Report and Findings with Recommendations. These offerings are proposed tentative to final guidance from Michigan Department of Education and reimbursement approval.

ACAP Solutions' Assessments Meet All State Requirements For The School Safety Assessment* - PLUS The Following ALL FREE**
- Assist with creation of the Safety Team
- Work with the Safety Team through the Assessment
- Additional to the assessment, evaluate the safety practices of the occupants
- Conduct confidential staff interviews
- Assess Emergency Communication
- Review Findings with Safety Team
- Create joint recommendations for improvement with the Safety Team
- Conduct a Confidential Findings Review with District selected members
- Conduct a Q&A session with the public after Findings Presentation
- Record the Public Findings Presentation for use by the District
- Conduct 2 additional Virtual Q&A sessions
- Conduct 2 Virtual Safety Team meetings to deveolop solution proposals
- Provide ongoing safety information/awareness for entire 2022-2023 school year
- Provide positive and concerning student behavior tracking and recording for staff evaluation
- Additional presentations and services available upon agreement
