Lynn Hertel is a 26-year Law Enforcement Veteran with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. She has also worked in various school districts in multiple capacities, including as an adjunct teacher, school resource officer, and now in her work as a School Safety Consultant with ACAP Solutions.

Throughout her career in law enforcement, Lynn has specialized in investigations involving crimes against children, with a focus on computer crimes and internet crimes. She has worked with task forces such as The Internet Crimes Against Children and The Muskegon School Threats Task Force.

Lynn is the mother of five children and is very family-focused. She has always been very passionate about protecting all children, and making schools a safe environment has always been a priority.
