Jackie Noto is the Director of Research and Training for ACAP Solutions. She works and studies in the field of behavioral science and focuses on creating positive changes in organizational and public settings while promoting safety, culture, and leadership. Jackie received her dual M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management from Florida Tech. While there, she completed a thesis, currently pending publication, on teaching human service staff how to respond to active shooter scenarios. Following her certification as a behavior analyst, Jackie continued her education as a Ph.D. student while conducting research and teaching as an adjunct instructor at her alma mater, Florida Tech. As a researcher and educator, Jackie’s goal is to help make the world a better place.
